Last night, my grandchildren were visiting me. They were all laying each on one little cot, one next to each other. They’re all cousins and all four of them were laying with their faces towards heaven. Four angelic faces.
Children who are sleeping is the most beautiful painting that you could have. It’s artistry in its ultimate level. It’s something to cherish. Seeing young children sleep, knowing that they are dreaming, knowing that they are somewhere in heaven thinking and loving one another. They were there, they did not know that I was standing there, but I was watching them. What a beautiful thought, what a beautiful picture, one that I will never forget. (more…)
