I would like to write about a concept that happens often in professional settings but also sometimes in families.
I was working with a colleague and I noticed that he made a mistake. This colleague got very upset and brought the team that was working under him, and admonished everyone for what had happened. At that time, he not only told them exactly what he thought about the problem but at the same time he became very angry.
