My father, bless his soul, passed away many years ago, but I still remember many of the lessons that he taught me while he was still alive. One such lesson was when he once came to visit me.
He asked me, “Son, what are you doing these days?”
I answered, “Well, I’m working hard and, thank G-d, family is growing. Things are doing so much better, and have improved a lot of things in the business.”
He looked at me and asked me the same question again. “Now but what are you doing these days?”
I was somewhat puzzled, and I gave the same answer. And one more time, he asked me again, “What are you doing these days?” (more…)
