Every human being has within them, two voices. One to help them grow and become better, and the other one to suppress them and to hold them back. Those two voices are there continuously trying to take over and decide which one is going to win. Now, the negative one, the evil inclination, you might want to call evil impulse or the one drawing the person down will try to deceive you. It’s going to tell you that you’ve committed a major problem or a major transgression, when really all you’ve done is a small neglect of an extra detail or perhaps not even a transgression. What is its intent? To get you to be sad or miserable and make other mistakes, and it’s amazing how it draws the person down. (more…)
