One of the most precious gifts that we were given in this world is a family. A family’s is a social unit consisting of one or more adults together with children and people that care for one another. That’s the definition of a family. One of the most challenging areas of leadership is your family. Leadership of a family demands even the higher standards of honesty, and integrity, and anything else than anything that you could have done.
Why is that? Because if you are the head of the family, it is not the same as if you are the head of an office. In an office, you can replace a disgruntled employee and you can start all over. You might even get a new job if you wanted to, if it comes to that. You can even move to a different location. (more…)
