Daily Wisdom – Motivational Podcast – Day 853 – Inspiration: Above and Beyond
Imagine what a very wise man said “A soul may descend to this world and a live 70 or 80 years in order to do another person material favor or perhaps even a spiritual one”. This is quite an interesting statement. Can you imagine that?
Knowing that you are here down on Earth for a certain amount of time and let’s say, 70, 80, 90 years, however many years a person lives today, and that is to do one favor to another person.
Isn’t that an awesome responsibility?
The ability to see the world every single day as an opportunity for you to do better.
So imagine if you could open your eyes to see only the good in every single person no matter who they are, no matter what they do, that’s what you see. Imagine that you could see the positive in every circumstance and when these things happen, that’s what you see. It’s something that is positive and that you can turn into a greater opportunity. And imagine the opportunity that you see, is possible for every single challenge. Whereas as people may see a difficulty or something they might not be able to handle, you turn this into an opportunity to make it better.
To live a life of expectations for the goodness of the world. To live a life of fulfillment. To do everything that you can within your power and your abilities to change and transform everything around you: the environment, the people, yourself included. Of course, at times you’re not going to succeed but not because you didn’t try but because it’s too early.
You see, sometimes we do things and we don’t see any results and we may say, “What’s the point? What’s the use? There are no changes. Things are all the same.” But they’re not.
It may take 10, 20 years until the change actually is revealed to everyone but it’ll be there, just like a seed that you plant; you may not see the fruit of that tree today because it’s still too early but eventually, the seed will germinate and grow and create roots and a small trunk will emerge. It will grow even bigger and stronger, and it will have branches and foliage, and then fruits, and that may take quite a few years; but at the end, it was all about the work that you did and you knew you could do it.
