Have you ever taken the time and stood by the ocean and looked at it? It’s quite incredible and impressive. A majestic look of above and beyond imagination. It’s hard to believe and is interesting that it is said that all that exists on dry land also exists in the ocean. It’s hard to believe, isn’t it? The ocean is home to a vast diversity of minerals, plant life, and millions upon millions of living creatures. Can you imagine that?
However, all that exists that we see at least on land, is readily discernable. But yet when we see this, and we’re told the ocean has all of it. We don’t see any of that. All we see is the vast universe. We’re told and that’s so besides the fact that it’s beneath the surface of the waters, and the waters conceal all of their existence. (more…)

Each and every human being has been given a heavenly gift. Every single day that you wake up, you have been given a gift. The gift of time, the gift of opportunity, and the gift to choose what you wish and make this world a better place than you found it. The Creator’s mercy forever means that I have an excellent chance to do much better today than I did yesterday.
One concept is financial independence, where nobody and nothing has a claim on you. You are totally and incredibly dependent upon the resources of your own work. If you think about that, there is an incredible feeling there which gives you a serenity which is absolutely, undeniably quiet, fruitful, and always there. In life, we often don’t realize what our actions can do. It is interesting that every single action that we take affects the whole world.
Have you ever heard the concept about the butterfly that flaps its wings and the sound that it creates by flapping its own little wings can create a tsunami – literally – on the other side of the world. It sends waves all the way to the other side of the world. We don’t always know the power of our actions, and we don’t always realize that our choices can create a ripple effect, and that those ripple effects can be, literally, to no end.
Often, we may not even discover the full impact of our actions. Only sometimes we are lucky to see that behind the curtain of life, how all the strings of life are being pulled and directed. We see what we’ve done, and we see the effects that it had on other things, places, and people. (more…)

Have you ever been given a surprise party for an occasion in your life?
It is quite amazing, astonishing, awesome, even revealing. I was given one recently by my children and I can tell you that the feeling is one of a particular beauty. When you see that people who love you gather around and have prepared for you a beautiful surprise. It was a surprise party, a celebration of success and goodness. It will be a time when you look around with amazement and goodness you and see the true fruits of many years of labor. It no longer becomes something of intuition – it’s an acceptance, a discipline, dynamic, and authentic.
That’s what it was. Sitting there, I looked around at my children, each one of them made full efforts to make this a special night. (more…)

Daily Wisdom – Motivational Podcast – Day 748 – Inspiration: Above and Beyond
I met someone today who was incarcerated. I was given the name from a friend, and they asked me to visit him as they lived far away. I had the opportunity to sit with this person for quite a bit of time. Incarcerated is a difficult situation, an imprisonment to be detained, confined, jailed, or locked up. There is not much that can be done.
This person had so much time on his hands. He was very upset with what happened. I asked him, “How do you feel about being here?”
He said, “I am not mad at the world. I am mad at myself for what I did, to be here. If I had a message for the world, I would tell them to be continuously thankful to be free and do whatever they wish to do. Even if it is just to stay up late and look at the stars.” I was saddened by the fact that this person felt so much remorse, and yet had not been given freedom yet. (more…)
