Daily Wisdom – Motivational Podcast – Day 198 – Inspiration: Above and Beyond
Have you ever heard, in politics, the word ambassador? Ambassador sounds as though this is someone who represents a country, a party, or another entity, and it’s a position of, very high level. I have always thought of the word ambassador as something that was only for the privileged, and it’s true. Imagine the ambassadors that represent many countries throughout the world: the ambassador of the United States in this country or the ambassador of this country in the United States.
An ambassador is somebody who represents an entity, an organization, or a country, an idea, or even a thought, a philosophy. This is what each human being is: an ambassador. This is how you have to think of yourself. You and I, and every one of us in this world are ambassadors. We were sent here on Earth with a mission. Not all of us have the same mission and not all of us have the same opportunities but we all have a mission and that mission can be accomplished to the best of our abilities if we want.
You can alter the facts sometimes and see things not quite the way they are. However, you can become invisible to those facts and become divine as long as you remember that you were sent here as an ambassador, and your job, my job, each and every human being’s job is to do the best that we can with whatever capacity we have.
Wherever you were born, into whatever family, or whatever socio-economic level, it’s irrelevant; you can do whatever you want as long as you be an ambassador. You’re representing divine light. We have a soul and that soul is permeated with goodness, kindness, strength, wisdom, knowledge, and abilities, and understanding. It can explode; it is so phenomenally loaded with good things, yet many of us don’t look at things or ourselves or others as ambassadors.
We think in a constricted way, I think I’m just a person, I’m just one body, how could I make changes? The truth is, you are an ambassador and so am I. We’re all ambassadors, and if you have a talent, if you have a quality, whatever it is that’s in your possession that was given to you for you to make this place a better place than it is when you found it, so do it. The world deserves it.
