I would like to share with you a concept about how to improve your emotional health, and here’s a suggestion: there are seven emotions that we know. If you were to take one emotion per day, that would be seven in one week; and if you were to take seven weeks, seven times seven would be 49. So that means that you could take every single emotion and on a daily basis, over the next several weeks, you would interchange them and combine them so as to transform yourself to be better.

Now, this will improve your personal growth and character development; although it may seem like a formidable task to take on, these 49 steps will help you dissect and evaluate your emotional DNA day by day, and you can actually experience a real change. Now, although these changes will be small at the beginning, they will improve.

You see, these 49-steps journey and all its mystical poetry are accessible day by day. This will be a daily practical exercise. Thousands of people, for many, many years have used these 49 concepts, and they have taken them step by step. It has empowered them to achieve a state of personal and emotional refinement in very profound ways. You could do it. It’s not that simple but it’s not complicated. Those seven emotions are the things that you have to look at in your life, and find out whether or not they are optimized.

Let’s say, kindness. Kindness is something that you want to develop, you want to share with everybody, you want to be able to make it so that kindness itself is developed to an extent where you give without asking anything back in return.

These seven emotions practical; they are good, they are healthy.

The idea, if to take each and every single one of them, and to make sure that these seven emotions, at all given time, are intertwined and interchanged with each other. Your job is to make sure that these emotions are magnified. And this is the job that you should do starting this week. If you were to do this on a daily basis and take each emotion, and then within each emotion find the beauty within it, you would be able to develop yourself into a wonderful person. These emotions are true to every single person in this world; every one of us have them, and you can, at any time, use them to your advantage. Why not do that? Why not make yourself better? Why not combine these emotions with your strength and become the best that you can be? Try.
