Daily Wisdom  – Motivational Podcast – Day 362 – Inspiration: Above and Beyond

Have you ever asked a question and thought about the concept of what you’re doing and what you want to do? What is your game plan, this is a question to ask many times throughout your year, throughout your life. While you are challenging yourself, you should also map out some strategies that will allow you to become more efficient and precise at what you’re doing.

If you’re trying to work faster and better, you need to develop routines and processes that will allow you to do so. You need to sit down and create a physical map and a plan that will take you through all of these concepts and get you to where you are trying to go to at a certain time. This is what it’s all about.

Now of course you need to leave room in there for detours that could happen because you could end up taking some short cuts. This is what happens when you learn and you go. But you have to have a game plan. You can’t just wake up in the morning and say, “Okay, what do I do now? And whatever happened then doesn’t matter.” No, you can’t do that.

A game plan means having a vision and understanding what the future is going to bring. We need to borrow from the experiences of the past, formulate them in the visions of the future to use them in the present as an incentive to make it better today and make it possible for you.

This is what life is all about, making it a difference, leaving a legacy. Whether it’s to yourself, to your spouse, to a better half, to family members, to your family, to colleagues, neighbors, citizens in your country, or to the whole world you need to make a difference and use your full potential. Your game plan is what helps you get there.

With this game plan, you have the ability to whenever you wish to formulate and change it. If you see that the road that you’re taking is not quite the appropriate or successful one, or you find that perhaps it’s too difficult, you need to make a small detour. Do that, after all this is your plan. You write the road map, it is yours to change at any time that you wish.

The strategies that you use, the concept that you develop, the ideas that you have—all of these are yours. If you don’t like them, tear up that page in your book and start a new one. If you don’t like that book, throw it away and start a new one. It’s all yours. You have the power and the freedom of choice. Use it wisely.
