Daily Wisdom – Motivational Podcast – Day 263 – Inspiration: Above and Beyond
Are you worrying about things in your life? You may worry about losing some of the things that you have accumulated, or perhaps losing a close friend or a relative. Or maybe even losing an opportunity. How does worry help you in any way?
Think about it for a second, what does worrying bring you? Worrying, is a disease, and if it spreads it can be dangerous. It doesn’t bring anything at all. It doesn’t even help you. If anything, it makes you depressed, upset, and often wondering about what the future will be.
Why worry? Why not let nature, life, and the eagerness to live a good and happy life, be the one that guides you?
Worrying only makes you sad, which is a pre-emptive option to make you anxious; and anxiety brings about more worrisome times. Worrying doesn’t do anything for you but destroy you. It destroys your ability to think and grow. The potential possibilities that are offered to you become destitute as worrying completely destroys a person.
On the other hand, having faith in who you are, what you do, what you have, and the things that you’ve accomplished so far, should make you realize that life is beautiful and you have plenty of things to do and so much to look forward to. There is no reason, whatsoever, to worry. There is no benefit to it. So, why worry?
Think about the last time you worried about anything in your life. Was there any good to that? Was there any truth to the thoughts and the delusions that you had during that moment? You were just concerned. You may have been afraid, or fearful, of the future. I guarantee that if you look at every single circumstance of everything that happened to you, it all turned out pretty good.
Worry should not be part of your life because worrying does not help. Now although there are times when things don’t turn out the way you wish, they’re still okay.
Stop worrying and start living a happy life.
